Agreement to Terms: By accessing our website unydox.in and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

1. Services Overview

UNYDOX ENTERPRISE provides consultancy services in the fields of Legal Compliance (NGO, GST, ITR), IT Solutions (Web Development), and Digital Marketing. We act as facilitators between the client and various government/regulatory bodies.

2. Professional Representation

While we strive for 100% accuracy in government filings and registrations, Unydox Enterprise is a private consultancy and is NOT affiliated with any government department. We provide expert assistance to ensure your applications meet regulatory standards.

3. User Obligations

  • Users must provide valid, authentic, and scanned documents for all registrations.
  • Unydox Enterprise is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the submission of forged or incorrect documents by the user.
  • Timely communication is essential. Delays in providing documents from the client's side may result in delayed service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Our fees consist of two parts: Government Fees and Professional Consultation Charges. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partners.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, logos, designs, and service architecture of Unydox Enterprise are our intellectual property. For IT projects (Websites), the ownership of the final product is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unydox Enterprise shall not be held liable for any rejections by government authorities if all procedures were correctly followed. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid as professional fees for the specific service.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify service pricing or discontinue services due to changes in government regulations or internal policy without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
